Co-creation Workshops
We launch every project by convening teachers, students, parents, council officers and community champions in facilitated design sprints to agree objectives, success measures and delivery milestones.
Integrated Expertise
Our team blends educational strategy, XR technology, funding consultancy and therapeutic support so that every initiative is both ambitious in vision and robust in practice.
Shared Implementation
From piloting VR-enhanced learning modules to rolling out character education and peer-mentoring schemes, we work side-by-side with partners throughout each phase, underpinned by our proven Four-Stage Funding Accelerator.

Through train-the-trainer sessions, bespoke toolkits and ongoing coaching, we equip your staff and volunteers to sustain and scale each initiative long after launch.

Lewisham Strategic Youth Offer
RedEverywhere led senior-team workshops with Lewisham Council and facilitated an elected-members task group, then brought together community, voluntary and faith sector representatives alongside the Young Mayor and Young Advisors to co-design a strategic framework and implementation roadmap complete with partnership agreements, budgets and evaluation tools.
Local Youth Transformation Initiative
Partnering with the Young People’s Foundation and the National Youth Agency, we supported the pilot local authorities in the DCMS Local Youth Transformation programme. Over a shortened timeframe we facilitated rapid local reviews of youth work provision under Section 507B of the Education Act, engaging young assessors and partners to map services, identify gaps and co-develop transformation bids with clear plans for improved outcomes and compliance ahead of the March 2026 deadline.
Doncaster City-Centre Stakeholder Engagement
Working with Doncaster Council, we convened roundtables of business owners, young professionals, community advocates, creative and tech sector leaders, retailers, Harrison College and Doncaster College representatives to map challenges, co-design public-realm enhancements such as pop-up hubs and wayfinding, and agree a shared action plan to create a vibrant, inclusive and safe city centre.
XR Race Action Plan Experience
In partnership with York St John University and North Yorkshire Police, we developed an immersive virtual reality simulation for the borough’s Race Action Plan, enabling participants to navigate realistic scenarios that foster understanding, empathy and stronger community cohesion.
