Intent. Implementation. Impact.

At RedEverywhere, we are redefining education for young people who’ve been excluded, are at risk of disengagement, or need a more personalised, innovative route back into learning.

Intent. Implementation. Impact.

We do this through immersive technology, metacognition, and future-skills learning, empowering young people to think critically, shape their own pathways, and thrive in the next technological revolution.

Our curriculum doesn’t just focus on what students learn, but on how they learn, preparing them for emerging roles in the modern workforce.

Intent

We start with trust, consistency and innovation. VR, AR and digital platforms turn abstract ideas into tangible experiences. Metacognition gives students the tools to plan, monitor and reflect on their learning. Literacy, numeracy and workplace readiness remain at the heart of everything we do.

Implementation

Learning takes place in small, structured cohorts supported by trauma-informed practice and adaptive digital tools. Our curriculum blends core subjects with enterprise, creative arts, immersive PSHE and digital media. Learners are not passive participants they are active thinkers, problem-solvers and co-creators of their education.

Impact

We measure more than grades. By tracking engagement, attendance, progress, and personal growth, we see students leave us confident, skilled, and ready to take on the world — equipped for apprenticeships, further education, and meaningful employment in a fast-changing landscape.

RedEverywhere Curriculum intent

How Learning Feels at RedEverywhere

Learning at RedEverywhere isn’t about sitting still and listening  it’s about engaging, creating, and discovering. Every session is designed to build trust, spark curiosity, and prepare young people to thrive in the future.

We begin with relational, trauma-informed practice, ensuring every learner feels safe, valued, and supported. Learning is applied and experiential, connecting skills to real-world contexts through enterprise projects, community briefs, and hands-on experiences.

Technology is at the core of our approach. Through VR, AR, adaptive platforms like Century Tech, and Microsoft Teams Classrooms, we build immersive, personalised learning pathways that deepen critical thinking and metacognitive skills.

Our small cohorts mean big attention. Each learner has a Personal Learning Plan with clear goals and consistent support. Safeguarding, personal development, and student voice are embedded in everything we do from VR-enhanced PSHE to reflective check-ins.

The Result is Simple but Powerful

Young people who know their strengths, can think for themselves, and are ready for what comes next whether that’s college, apprenticeships, or the world of work.
