How to Report a Concern

  • Speak to any member of staff (we escalate to the DSL immediately).
  • Visit reception and ask for the DSL on duty.
  • If a child is at immediate risk, call 999.
  • External help: NSPCC 0808 800 5000, Childline 0800 1111.

What happens next

We listen, record accurately, and act quickly in line with our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy. We work with parents/carers and multi-agency partners (host schools, local authority children’s services, police, health) as appropriate. Information is shared on a need-to-know basis.
