Our teamManaging Partner
I build city-wide partnerships that reconnect young people with learning and real-world opportunity.
Marcus Isman-Egal is Managing Partner at the RedEverywhere Group, a creative education and youth work consultancy designing person-centred alternative learning hubs and re-engagement pathways across South Yorkshire and beyond. He also curates TEDxDoncaster, bringing bold ideas to the stage to spark civic imagination and youth voice.
In Doncaster, Marcus led the EPIC youth crime-prevention service, helped establish the EPIC Hub in the Frenchgate Shopping Centre, and grew EPIC Learning as a flexible alternative provision. These programmes blend relationship-based practice with positive activities, risk reduction and routes back into education.
An early adopter of immersive tech for safeguarding and PSHE, he created and rolled out VR-enabled workshops used with schools and partners (e.g., county lines and VAWG modules), pairing headset experiences with structured debriefs.
Beyond South Yorkshire, Marcus supports local authorities to re-imagine their Youth Offers. Recent examples include advisory and committee work with Lewisham, plus partnership and capacity-building activity with Tower Hamlets. He also contributes through sector networks connected to the Young Brent Foundation (Brent) and the YPF Trust.
Marcus’s practice connects to place-making too: RedEverywhere supported as Doncaster’s City Centre Strategy to 2050, leading and facilitating Stakeholder conversations.
Nationally, his EPIC Learning work has been referenced in analyses of exclusions and youth justice, highlighting trauma-informed early intervention and family work. He also contributes to the ecosystem around DCMS’s Local Youth Transformation (LYT) Pilot, engaging with delivery partners such as the NYA and YPF Trust. Office for National Statistics
System-stitching: connecting policy, data and frontline practice—and turning it into delivery at pace (from a pop-up hub in a shopping centre to VR-enabled PSHE), so young people feel safe, seen and on a path back to purpose.
Plan → Pilot → Prove → Scale. Start small, measure what moves the dial (belonging, attendance, micro-wins), then codify into simple routines teams can use tomorrow.
