Every day at RedEverywhere is about reconnection, growth, and opportunity. Our hubs are safe, inclusive spaces where young people can rediscover their potential and build the skills they need for the future.
Read moreAt RedEverywhere, students are split into two cohorts:
Morning Cohort – 9:00am to 12:15pm
Afternoon Cohort – 12:45pm to 3:30pm
This structure provides focused and manageable learning time for students who may have previously disengaged from education. By keeping sessions shorter and groups smaller, we create calm, supportive environments where students can re-engage with learning.
Both cohorts follow the same curriculum, ensuring equal access to opportunities, consistency in delivery, and parity of experience.
Each cohort begins with a welcome and check-in session. Students set personal goals, reflect on progress, and prepare for the day ahead. This calm start helps everyone feel grounded, supported, and ready to learn.
A key focus at RedEverywhere is on English and Mathematics. These are taught through applied, real-life contexts that make learning meaningful.
Students develop essential skills in literacy and numeracy within a supportive, relational environment, where progress is celebrated and confidence is built step by step.
Alongside English and Maths, students access a broad curriculum designed to keep them engaged and motivated, including:
Business & Enterprise
Developing entrepreneurial skills and problem-solving through projects.
Immersive Learning & Digital Media
Using VR and creative technologies to explore new ideas and environments.
Creative Arts
Exploring art, design, and creative expression.
PSHE with VR Headsets
Learning about relationships, safeguarding, health, and wellbeing through immersive experiences.
Personal, Social & Wellbeing Development
Building resilience, teamwork, and positive relationships.
Work Experience & Life Skills
Preparing students for the world beyond the classroom.
Every student has access to one-to-one support from teaching staff, learning assistants, or our wellbeing and safeguarding team. These sessions focus on:
Students have structured break times, giving them the chance to recharge and socialise in a safe and supportive environment. Staff are always on hand to encourage positive and respectful interactions.
Every Thursday, both cohorts take part in weekly recognition sessions as part of our Student Rewards Programme. Certificates, leaderboard updates, and positive feedback celebrate both individual and group successes.
Each day finishes with a check-out session, where students reflect on their achievements and set intentions for their next session. This builds routine, resilience, and ownership of progress.
At RedEverywhere, no two days are the same but every day is designed to be safe, supportive, and inspiring. Our focus on English and Mathematics, combined with opportunities in business, immersive learning, creative arts, and wellbeing, ensures that young people leave us with the skills, confidence, and ambition they need to succeed in life.
