A FREE, innovative 12 week employability programme supporting adults aged 16+ in Doncaster to return to work.

The RedEverywhere Success Accelerator is a FREE programme designed to help economically inactive adults build confidence, develop new skills, and move closer to employment.

Through Virtual Reality learning delivered with Meta, personalised employability coaching, digital skills development, and weekly employer engagement, the programme provides a modern, supportive pathway back into work.

Limited FREE Spaces Available

January 2026 Cohort

The first cohort begins on 5 January 2026 , and places are strictly limited. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible adults.

Anyone who cannot be offered a place will be added to our waitlist and prioritised for future cohorts later in 2026.

Who Can Join?

The Success Accelerator is a FREE programme for adults who meet the following eligibility criteria:

Applicants must:

  • Be aged 16+ (with primary focus on adults 18+)
  • Be economically inactive (not working and not mandated to look for work)
  • Live in South Yorkshire, with priority for Doncaster residents
  • Have the legal right to live and work in the UK
  • Provide a National Insurance Number
  • Join voluntarily and consent to participation
  • Be willing and able to engage in employment-focused activity

Individuals who may be eligible include:

  • Those with long-term physical or mental health conditions
  • Carers or those with caring responsibilities
  • Individuals who left the labour market early
  • People recently made redundant who are not claiming benefits
  • Overseas nationals with right-to-work but unable to claim benefits
  • Young people aged 16+ who are NEET
  • People for whom English is a barrier to work

Not eligible:

  • People in full-time education (18+ hours)
  • Those without the right to work in the UK
  • People mandated by DWP to search for work
Virtual Reality experiences

Immersive VR Learning Powered by Meta

RedEverywhere has partnered with Meta to deliver Virtual Reality experiences that allow participants to explore realistic work environments safely and confidently. These VR sessions help individuals build the skills and confidence needed before stepping into real workplaces.
