Whether you have struggled to stay in work, found formal learning difficult to access, or simply feel uncertain about what to do next, this programme is designed to help you move forward with confidence.
The programme offers twelve weeks of guided support, delivered in a structured and welcoming environment by experienced staff who understand the barriers individuals may face, and how to help overcome them.
Participants are placed into two flexible groups, attending morning or afternoon sessions from Monday to Thursday. Fridays are set aside for employer engagement, site visits and valuable work experience opportunities that connect learning to real-world contexts.
Throughout the programme, participants develop key employability and life skills. From CV writing and interview preparation to hands on workshops, digital tools and immersive virtual reality job shadowing, every session is focused on practical learning that feels meaningful and relevant.
Each week builds on the last, helping participants to strengthen their confidence, self-belief and independence. Key themes include managing stress and personal wellbeing, developing communication and teamwork, building digital and workplace readiness, understanding financial literacy, and learning how to travel independently.
Guided support is provided throughout to help with job applications, interviews and progression planning into further training, apprenticeships or employment.
One of the unique features of the Success Accelerator is our strong and growing network of local employer partners. RedEverywhere works directly with a wide range of businesses across construction, logistics, healthcare, digital, retail and the creative industries.
These employers offer mentoring, workplace tasters, sector insight days, guest workshops and live opportunities. We take the time to understand each participant’s interests and aspirations so we can match them with roles that suit their individual journey.
This programme has been specifically designed for people who may have additional needs, mental health challenges or complex life experiences. We provide a non-judgemental and supportive space where participants feel safe, respected and encouraged. Our facilitators offer personalised coaching and wellbeing support to ensure that every learner is equipped to succeed.
By the end of the twelve weeks, participants leave with the confidence, tools and direction they need to take their next step. That might mean starting work, joining an apprenticeship, pursuing further education or simply feeling ready to reconnect with their own potential.
